Morning Devotion and Fortification will be taken from Psalm 18.

Psalm 18 is written by David and it is a Psalm of deliverance from the hand of his enemies. This Psalm includes David’s love and trust for the Lord.
As we have entered our fast we do so prayerfully pleading the blood of Jesus and acknowledging God as our: strength, deliverer, fortress and high tower. As we call upon the name of the Lord we shall be saved from our enemies.

Revelation 12:11

And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.

Hebrews 9:22

Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.

Ephesians 1:7

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace.

1.. Thank You Father for the benefits and provision of the blood of Jesus.

2. I stand on the ground of the blood of Jesus to proclaim victory over sin, satan and his agents (demons, evil powers of darkness) and the world.

3. I apply the blood of Jesus to every stubborn problem in my life. (Name the re-occurring challenges frustrating you or attempting to tamper with your peace of mind.)

4. I plead the blood of Jesus upon my body-from the crown (top) of my head to the soles (bottom) of my feet. No weapon formed against me shall prosper.

5. I soak my life in the blood of Jesus. (Walk with God, Family, Marriage, Children, Career, Academic progress and Business.)

6. I paralyse all satanic oppressors (powers that want to keep you in chains of addictions and failure) delegated against me with the blood of Jesus.

7. I hold the blood of Jesus as a shield against any power that is already determined to resist/fight or attack me, in the name of Jesus.

8. By the blood of Jesus, I stand against every device of distraction. I will not be distracted throughout my fast in Jesus name.

9. I stand upon the Word of God and I declare myself unmovable, I will not give up or be taken of course my time is now, in the name of Jesus.

10. Let every door that I have opened to the enemy be closed forever with the blood of Jesus. (Mention them and command them to be shut by the mercies of God.)

1 Samuel 15:22-23 Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of divination, and presumption is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, he has also rejected you from being king.”

Lord Jesus, I thank you for your grace. I magnify you for the gift of the holy spirit that you have given to us. I magnify you the grace you have given to us to know you and serve you. Lord let your name be exalted in the name of Jesus.

Father Lord, the scripture has made me understand that obedience is better than sacrifice and to listen is better than the fat of ram. Father, I pray that you grant me the spirit to always obey your instructions in the name of Jesus.

Lord Jesus, I pray for the spirit to be submissive to your will. I pray for the grace to be submissive your instructions. Father Lord, I pray that you grant me this grace in the name of Jesus.

Lord, I come against every temptation of the enemy that may charge me to do things according to the will of the flesh. I come against every power of flesh that is dominating my life. I destroy it by the fire of the holy ghost in the name of Jesus.

Oh Lord my God, I humble my heart to seek you more deeply in Jesus name.

Oh Lord my Father let my ears connect to the realm of the spirit in the name of Jesus.

Lord open my spiritual eyes. where I am blind or ignorant, give me sight.

My Father, by your mercy increase my capacity of discernment in Jesus name.

O Lord give me the spirit of a cheerful giver.

My Father, let every idol in my life die by fire! Anything I can’t give to you must leave my life.

THE MOMENT YOU REFUSE TO COMMIT AND GIVE GOD YOUR BEST, YOU’RE GOING TO INVEST YOUR BEST SOMEWHERE ELSE. UNLIKE CAIN WHO BROUGHT GOD THE BAREST MINIMUM, GOD RECOGNISED ABEL’S SACRIFICE FOR WHAT IT WAS - HIS FIRST AND BEST FRUITS. LIKE ABEL COMMIT TO BRINGING YOUR FIRST AND BEST TO GOD - HE DESERVES IT.

CONFESSION:

I bring my first and my best to honour my King. I refuse to serve with the barest minimum.

Morning devotion and fortification: Psalm 25

Isaiah 9:7-17: “And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein. ⁠And God spake unto Noah, and to his sons with him, saying, And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you; And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth.

And I will establish my covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth. And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud: And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

Genesis 8:21:“⁠The LORD smelled the pleasing aroma and said in his heart: “Never again will I curse the ground because of man, even though every inclination of his heart is evil from childhood. And never again will I destroy all living creatures, as I have done.”

Genesis 35:11 :“And God said to him, “I am God Almighty; be fruitful and increase in number. A nation and a community of nations will come from you, and kings will come from your body.”

Covenant Keeping God, I worship and adore You; You're faithful and just, and there is no one like You.

Thank You, Father, for Your love, grace and mercy over my life, and for the precious blood of Jesus, that was shed at Calvary, for the salvation of my soul.

Father, forgive and have mercy on me for every covenant I have made and failed to keep, in the past, in Jesus' name.

Father, let every tendency in me, that could make me a covenant breaker, be consumed and destroyed by Your fire, in Jesus' name.

Father, sustain me as I make a promise, vow or enter into any agreement or covenant with You.

Father, make me one of Your covenant partners, and give me the material means and the moral Will to fulfill every vow, promise and covenant, that I make, in Jesus' name.

Father, empower me never to delay the fulfilment of my own part of vows, promises and covenants, once You have honoured and fulfilled Your own part, in Jesus' name.

Ephesians 1:3 3Praise be to the God and Father of our LORD Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

Psalm 23:5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup runneth over!

Father as I have prayed for these things, above all else i desire a relationship with you which leads to the supply.

I don't just want the things of God but, I desire to KNOW the GOD of the things!
